Boldly go where no geek has gone before [had to work in a Star Trek reference, sorry] and share your responses to:
SUPERHERO ALTER-EGO: Danisaurus – a girl that can turn into a dinosaur whensover she pleases. A fun party trick, and helpful for scaring away bad guys.
THEME SONG: Roll Away Your Stone by Mumford and Sons
BOOK YOU COULDN’T PUT DOWN ‘TIL YOU FINISHED IT: Mother Night by Kurt Vonnegut
MOVIE YOU COULD WATCH OVER & OVER: Oh, lots. Currently: Moonrise Kingdom
COULD SPEND 24/7: Playing my guitar
LUCKY CHARM: My wolf necklace! When I was little, I was very afraid of wolves for some reason, so my mom read me lots of books about wolves so I could learn what amazing animals they are. Now wolves are my favorite! I wear my necklace all the time to remind me that fear should be considered, then overcome.
FAVORITE STAR TREK CAPTAIN: Spock-I like his pragmatism and his ears.
CARTOON CHARACTER YOU’D WANT TO SPEND THE AFTERNOON WITH? Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb
WHERE WOULD YOU LIVE IN MIDDLE EARTH? The Shire-I actually grew up in a house with a curved roof and a round door, just like a hobbit house!
HIDDEN GEEKISH PLEASURE: Grammar. I LOVE grammar. I myself make a point to always use proper grammar, but I also love writers like e.e.cummings who use intentionally imperfect grammar to create a special effect.
SNACK CRAVING: Cheeze-its!
