Media

We use Gravity Forms, a plugin for creating our Contact Form and other submission forms on our Website.
When submitting your information via these forms, the data is saved in the dashboard for our Website and we receive an email notification that your information has been submitted. Once processed, the data you have submitted is permanently deleted.

We do not collect any donations through the Geek Club Books site.

How Long We Retain Your Data
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you opt in and subscribe to our mailing list, we keep your first name and email address until you unsubscribe. All unsubscribers are permanently deleted from our database. We will also delete your contact information if you haven’t opened any of our emails for 1 year.
Your non-personal information in Google Analytics is retained for 26 months.
Donor information includes donor name, email, and donation amount is retained indefinitely on our Classy.org dashboard for donor management. We do not have access to your financial/payment information.
What Rights You Have Over Your Data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
